Due to the nature of our products, all Breska's Mystery Bundles, Boxes, Gifts, Items are FINAL sale and will not be returned or refunded or exchanged! These items are carefully packed and made with care and inspected by Breska before they leave the facility, and I will never mail a package I would not be happy to receive!

Breska's Mystery Bundles LLC is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, UNDELIVERABLE packages! If Lost or stolen you will need to contact USPS and start an investigation through them. If undeliverable and is sent back to us, we will contact you and if no reply we will refund your money EXCEPT SHIPPING COSTS and items put back on the shelf.

If the package is returned to me, I will try to get in contact with you in order to reship it. If I am unable to get into contact with you, I will refund your order. If tracking shows as DELIVERED, I cannot help you if you did not receive your package.
